The only building that isn't a complete ruin is a single bar not far from the prison. Yes part of the roof has fallen in, and yes the walls are starting to crumble, but it's still useable. The Supernaturals often venture in here actually; it's one of the few places far enough away from the town for them to be safe, and it's run by a vampire herself.

Outskirts
The outskirts of Rosepetal Falls used to be made up of little shops and houses. Unfortunately, the edges of the town were destroyed in a great fight between the Supernaturals and the Slayers, and all that remains are ruins of the destroyed buildings.
