”When you came in the air went out, And every shadow filled up with doubt.”----------------------------------------------------- "Fuck!" Jason yelled out as the blonde vampire knocked him back. Fucking bitch! He hit the concrete hard, just managing to stop the back of his head slamming into it, and grunted as the female vampire landed on top of him. No way was he going to sit here and let a girl beat him up or knock him over! No fucking way! He snarled, his fangs becoming more pronounced now she'd attacked him.
"Either you apologise, or you'll have hell to deal with if you don't."
He snarled at her again and set his jaw. He didn't take orders from a girl, and he never would. He grabbed her round the wrists as she grabbed hold of the collar of his shirt and tried to pull her hands away. Fuck that all vampires had super strength, and super speed.
"No god damn way!" he snarled at her, narrowing his eyes.
This bitch couldn't tell him what to do. Even if she might be older than him, or maybe even if she'd been here longer than him, she had no right in telling him what to do. What a way to pick on the new guy. Jason saw Lazlo advance a little out the corner of his eye and snarled again at the woman on top of him. If Lazlo was going to attack him, he needed to be on his feet, and with her on top of him, that would be pyhsically impossible, unless he dagged her to her feet as well, but then his hands wouldn't be free for whatever Lazlo did.
"Well Sweetheart, it looks like you've got yourself into a little bit of trouble doesn't it?"
Jason snarled at him, his eyes darting to look at him. He saw the smirk of his lips and narrowed his eyes at him.
"Well, no shit sherlock," he said outloud, rolling his eyes a little.
Dude, he knew this vampire was blonde, but did he have to state the obvious! What a dick! He shruggled under the woman, trying to knock her off, but he felt the rought underside of Lazlo's converse make its way onto his shin. What the...? Jason looked at him again, still holding the womans wrists. What the fuck was Lazlo up to?
I did warn you not to mess with me. But no, everyone always underestimates the little blond vampire, don't they?"
Okay, now Jason knew he was fucked, he could tell by the tone of voice Lazlo used. This blonde vampire was older and more experienced than him by the looks and sounds of it. Shit! Jason caught his quick smirk before pain exploded in his leg and a loud snapping noise was heard. The little fucker had broken it! Clean through his shin! Jason set his jaw as a strangled groan escaped his lips. God damnit! He was a vampire, so he knew he'd heal, but fuck, it still hurt! He'd broken bones before, in his human life and in his vampire life, although he'd had to last with the pain for longer in his human life than his vampire life. He hissed through his teeth and remembered last time he'd broken a bone.
It had been five years ago, and that was only cos another vampire had pushed him off the top of a fifty storey building as a joke. Funny joke that was! Not! He'd been hurt and had left in imprint off himself in the pavement. Jason had had to steal the slabs of concrete and make it look like someone had dug something up from the floor. Lucky, it had been late at night, and no-one had seen him fall. Last thing he wanted to do as alert humans about vampires. That would mean more slayers, meaning he might get killed. But, at the moment, with the woman on top of him looking like she wanted to kill him, and Lazlo with his foot still on his leg, he looked like he was going to die now!
Note to self: Keep my mouth shut in future about werewolves when around other vampires, he thought dryly to himself. That's if I live to see tomorrow!

Artemis jumped up and walked over to Lazlo Lazlo, leave it. He's new here, he doesn't quite know what he's doing, give him another chance, I'll see to it, that he doesn't do it again. She looked at Jason sharply. She walked over to him and bent down to him and whispered in his ear, so low that Lazlo wouldn't hear.
Sorry, about that, I thought he'd have left it, if he saw me attack you. she looked at him apologetically. and turned back to Lazlo.
Let me fix his leg, maybe we can sort this out another way. Shelooked at Lazlo pleadingly.
(Didn't havemuch to say sorry )

Lazlo couldn't help but purr in pleasure at the sound of Jason's groan. He was a complete sadist, he adored other people's pain, even more so when it was him who'd caused it. He threw an arrogant smirk at Jason and lifted his foot from his leg.
Then the girl seemed to change sides. Lazlo frowned at her as she walked over to him and told him to back off. "What?" Wasn't she the one who had pinned him down and given him the oppurtunity to attack? And now she was telling him to leave the frustratingly annoying new vampire alone? He stared at her with a bemused expression for a few seconds. Well, Lazlo had never understood girls.
As Artemis turned back to Lazlo, he quickly changed from confused to angry. She wasn't going to stop him, he was just getting started! He walked over to Jason, shoving the woman out of the way and putting his foot on top of Jason's chest. Because if he stamped down there, in the centre of his ribs, that would definetly hurt. Hell, it would make what he'd done to his leg look like a little scratch.
The arrogant smirk returned to his face as he looked down at his little prisoner. He could have so much fun with this if the little female didn't interupt him. But, to be fair, she couldn't be around him all the time. And the new guy was going to be living in this place for a while. He'd eventually have a chance to finish this off if he wasn't able to do it now. He pressed his foot down a little harder and focused his attention on Jason. "Any last words?"

”When you came in the air went out, And every shadow filled up with doubt.”----------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- =========================== Jason managed to keep his thoughts from the pain in his leg and open his eyes. He felt it when the woman vampire had gotten off him and then heard her words faintly. Okay, she was a little weird. Changing sides after she'd given Lazlo the perfect oppotunity to injure him? What? Maybe it was a trick, so Jason thought he'd be okay, but when in fact they were both going to kill him. Jason didn't even have time for a reply when he heard footsteps and Lazlo apppeared above him. The heel of Laz's foot rested on his chest.
Oh shit! This dude it going to kill me!
Jason thought fast, trying to think of a way to get out of this. If he could set his leg properly, it would heal fast, meaning he'd have his speed on his side again. Jason looked at his face to see that arrogent smirk on Laz's face again. Okay, that look made him look scary for a small blonde vampire. Jason made a mental note to never get on his bad side again if he survived this, which he thought he wouldn't.
"Any last words?"
Jason smirked a little, thinking on his feet - well, not literarly - and his hand twitched.
"Yeah, I have. Watch your head."
His hand flashed up and wrapped itself round the little blonde vampires ankle. Jason yanked at it, sweeping Lazlo's legs from out underneath him. At the same time, he sat up and grabbed his leg before setting it right with a groan. He painfully got to his feet in a mere second, still in pain.

Artemis stood up after Lazlo threw her back, she rubbed the back of her head, she'd hit it off the floor. She saw The new guy pull on Lazlo's Ankle, she stood back looking at them wide-eyed. This new guy is so dead meat. I try to help him, even if it was in a slightly weird way, I guess he had to defend himself somehow though
Artemis thought about whether she should run, or help him, she didn't want to end up dead herself. She wasn't always going to be around to protect the guy. Maybe you should run or Something, he's not going to be best pleased, he's not rational at the best of times. She stood back to watch what would happen next
(Sorry it's really really short)

Normally Lazlo was more than prepared for his opponent to fight back. He wasn't particularly good at blocking other people's attacks or using them against them or anything like that. He was much more about the offensive than the defensive. But he was good at dodging and getting away from attacks so long as he was prepared for them.
However, it hadn't occurred to him that Jason would defend himself. Throughout all the verbal abuse and even physical attacks that had faced the new vampire, he had never once fought back, or at least not that Lazlo had noticed anyway.
So when the male smirked and warned Lazlo to 'watch his head', the blond didn't make the connection and consequently did nothing to stop him. He frowned as he felt Jason's hand wrap round his ankle but the realisation of what was happening didn't become clear until a few seconds too late.
It's a very different experience being pushed to the floor and having your feet pulled out from under you. If you're pushed, no matter how hard the shove was, it's a slow fall, and generally doesn't cause too much damage. You're pushed from above your centre of mass, so you keep your balance for longer, which consequently reduces your speed and the eventual force when you hit the ground. If you have your feet pulled away, you instantly have your support removed and so your balance immediately disappears. So the force when you hit the floor is quite a lot bigger.
Lazlo experienced this force first hand as his head slammed into the ground, closely followed by the rest of his body. He let out a pained gasp, and blinked his eyes a couple of times, only to discover that everything looked blurry. Not surprising really: a blow to the head like that could easily affect his vision. His eyelids shut again, and he shielded them with his hand for a moment, also trying to combat the headache that had accompanied the fall.
It wasn't a smart idea to stay on the floor for long - Jason was likely to launch another attack if he didn't get up and defend himself - but the wind had been knocked out of him, and he really didn't feel like getting up. Nevertheless, he slowly pushed himself into a seated position, the movement making him feel strangely dizzy and he groaned quietly. He lifted his hand to rub the back of his head, but frowned as he felt something odd there. Pulling his hand away and in front of his eyes, he raised an eyebrow as he realised it was blood. "Oh you so did not just make me bleed," he said quietly, his tone as dangerous as it had been when he was threatening Jason. Blood staining his hair? Not a good move from the new vampire. Lazlo was incredibly vain, and his hair was his pride and joy. Not a good move...
Before that moment, he hadn't paid much attention to the fact Jason had actually hurt him. But as the pain cleared from his mind and he focused on what had happened, a new fire sparked to life inside him, and he pushed himself up onto his feet, a growl in his throat. "How dare you..." he snarled at him, narrowing his eyes and crouching slightly, looking like he was ready to pounce at him.
Sure enough, he bared his fangs at Jason and with the inhuman speed of a vampire, launched himself at the neck of the new male, eager to rip his throat out or at the very least cause some serious damage.

”When you came in the air went out, And every shadow filled up with doubt.”----------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- =========================== Okay, Jason knew he was in deep shit now! As he slowly and painfully got to his feet he looked at Lazlo as he sat up, realising from his movements that Laz was a little dizzy, good, that would knock off his sense of balance, or Jason hoped it would. He had no idea what the effects of a bump to the head did to older vampires. And he really didn't want to find out. He watched as Laz raised a hand to his head and pull it away. There was red staining his fingers. Good god, Jason had made him bleed!
"Oh, double shit!"
Jason swallowed loudly, because he knew Laz would be pissed now. Making him bleed, not a good sign. Jason hadn't even meant to cause him that much damage, maybe just a bump to the head to knock him off whilst Jason got away. Jason curled his hands into fists, realising he's just made this into a proper fight.
"Oh you so did not just make me bleed."
Jason bit his lip a little when he heard the tone of voice he'd used, so he was fucked. This is going to turn into a fight, like a proper fight, not a bitch fight, which he'd had on several occasions. Jason let his fangs show a little, warning Laz that if he did attack him, he wasn't going to stand there and take it, there was some fight in this vampire. He readied himself for any sort of attack. Jason was wondering whether or not Laz was going to attack him from the floor or not when the little blonde vampire stood up.
"How dare you..."
Jason barely had time to take in the words when he felt Laz on him, his fangs out, tryingto get to his throat. They both landed on the floor because the force of Lazlo's lung had sent Jason falling backwards. Jason ended up on his back with Lazlo on top. Jason grabbed the little blondes head and yanked it away from his neck with his strength. He then grabbed him round the waist and managed to pull him off him. He threw him to the side, and then was on his feet, snarling, his fangs well and truely out now. Jason felt a little pain from his back where he'd fallen on the ground. He snarled loudly in warning to Lazlo, his eyes fixed on him. He wasn't about to let this little blonde vampire push him around, whether he was older or not!
